This depends largely on the item purchased and where you are.  Any piano purchased online will have to be negotiated depending on when you are available as we obviously cannot leave it with a neighbour.

All posted items are dispatched the same day or the next day using the selected courier.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come and collect your item in store immediately, just bring your proof of purchase with you that will have been emailed to you.
